| INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPATING VENDORS
Welcome to the Boulder Wedding Showcase at the Boulder Theater,
formerly the Colorado Wedding Showcase. Please read the following
information and if you have unanswered questions you can go to the
“Contact
Us” section of the site. We will do our best to answer all
questions in a timely manner, although questions submitted on the
weekend will be answered the following Monday in most cases.
Booth Space: Booth spaces will be assigned
once we have received registration and payment. We will make every
effort to place you in one of your desired spaces. The longer you
wait to register the more difficult it may become to get you one of
your chosen spaces. We will confirm booths by e-mail or letter
shortly after registration is completed. Please let us know if you
do not require the table, linen or sign holder for your booth.
We limit the number of vendors in each category to make sure all
vendors have an equal opportunity to secure business from this show.
Therefore we will not accept more than one service at each booth.
Please respect this rule. For smaller businesses we have reasonably
priced tables in the balcony.
Arrival: Load in begins at 8:30 am. All
booths must be completed by 10:45 so we may do a final clean up of
the theater before opening to the public. There is a small loading
zone at the front of the theater. This area is for LOADING ONLY.
Please load quickly as there will be 50 vendors trying to load in
during a relatively short period of time.
Breakfast: A complimentary continental
breakfast for vendors is served between 8:30 and 10:30.
Parking: All City meters are free on Sunday.
There is a parking lot directly behind the theater on 15th Street
between Pearl and Spruce Streets. All vehicles must be parked after
loading in.
Please do not park in the alley behind the Boulder Theater as it
is a thoroughfare.
Kitchen and Trash: We have sinks and 2
convection ovens in the kitchen. These are available for use but
everyone must share the kitchen. Everything you bring in must be
brought out. There is cardboard recycling outside the back door and
2 smaller dumpsters across the alley for your convenience. Please do
not use the large dumpster to the right in the alley. That belongs
to the Cheesecake Factory.
Departure: The doors will close at 2:00 this
year, but your customers will still be in the room. Please do not
start breaking down your booth until 2:15 or later. You can load out
the back alley from 2:15 – 2:30. After 2:30 we will allow loading
out the front as well as the back.
Marketing: Advertising for the showcase is
currently in Colorado Bride, Wedding Sites and Services, Perfect
Wedding Guide and the Boulder Theater Website. Newspaper advertising
will begin mid to late November and will include all confirmed
vendors as deadlines allow.
Each vendor may pick up 20 complimentary admissions tickets to
distribute in advance to their potential customers. These will be
available the first week of December at the Boulder Theater Box
Office. |
